By accessing or using Kickbots.stream (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

Kickbots.stream provides a suite of tools for live streamers, primarily on the Kick.com platform. These tools include, but are not limited to, chatbot functionalities (commands, timers, alerts), stream overlays, AI-powered chat interactions, moderation tools, and integrations with third-party services such as Twitch, Discord, Spotify, and YouTube ("Third-Party Services").

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access the Service, you must authenticate using your Kick.com account and may choose to connect other Third-Party Services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your connected accounts.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• The content you configure within the Service, including command responses, timer messages, and moderation rules.
• Complying with the Terms of Service of Kick and any other connected Third-Party Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate the terms of service of any Third-Party Services.
• Configure the Service to engage in spamming or any form of automated abuse.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these rules.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Third-Party Services to provide its functionality. By connecting these services, you grant us permission to access and use information from them as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the data, policies, or practices of any Third-Party Service. Your use of any Third-Party Service is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. This may be necessary for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kickbots.stream, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
